Abstract:

Farmer's cultural rights and interests have suffered the varying degree loss in a long period. This will not favor the impetus to accomplish the agriculture modernization and develop the new rural reconstruction. The new rural construction which depend on the economical development way, has neglected the countryside cultural construction. The farmers, who receive the culture passively, have not been the main body of the countryside cultural construction. The traditional culture crevasse and the modern culture trap are restricting countryside culture development. These are the reason which farmer cultural rights and interests suffered injury. We must attach importance to the countryside cultural construction, affirm fully the farmer main body status, display the farmer main body function，inherit the traditional culture and avoid the modern culture the trap. We must construct the countryside culture to confirm the new countryside development and satisfy the farmer cultural demand. The farmer's cultural rights and interests can be safeguarded practically.
