问荆抑菌作用的测定

摘 要: 【研究目的】中草药问荆的醇提液和水提液对不同细菌抑菌作用有所差别,要合理用药,以达到最佳的治疗效果。【方法】在实验中利用滤纸条法测定了问荆的醇提液和水提液对金黄色葡萄球菌等三种细菌生长抑制作用的强弱,其抑菌作用的强弱可以通过测量抑菌带的长度而得知。【结果】问荆醇提液相比水提液抑菌作用较强,二者都是对大肠杆菌抑制作用最弱,其次是枯草杆菌,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用最强。【结论】问荆的醇提液中含黄酮类、三萜及甾体类、生物碱及大量硅的化合物,不同的化学物质对细菌生长抑制作用的机理不同,使得抑菌作用有所不同。

Abstract:

Abstract: [Objective]The PAE of E. arvense and the PWE of E. arvense have different inhibitory effects on different bacterias. The drugs should be used in a rational way to ensure the best treatment effect. [Methods] The filter paper method was used to compare the bacteriostatic effect of the PAE of E. arvense and the PWE of E. arvense on Staphylococcus aureus and other two bacterias: The length of bacteriostatic belt indicated the bacteriostatic effect. [Results] In general, the PAE of E. arvense had stronger bacteriostatic effect than the PWE of E. arvense. Both the drugs had the strongest bacteriostatic effect on Staphylococcus aureus, weaker effect on Bacillus subtilis, and weakest effect on Escherichia coli. [Conclusion] The PAE of E. arvense contains elements such as flavonoid, alkaloid, and silicon compounds. Different chemical substances have different mechanisms in bacteriostasis, which may lead to the different bacteriostatic effect.
