不同培养基对叶底红增殖系数的影响

Effect of Different Media on The Propagation Coefficient of Phyllagathis fordii

摘要:

在基本培养基单因子试验的基础上,采用L9(34 )正交试验设计探讨了6-BA、 NAA、KT等三种植物生长调节剂的不同配比对叶底红增殖系数的影响。结果表明:对增殖系数的影响大小依次为6-BA>KT>NAA,筛选出的最佳配比为6-BA 1.2 mg/L、NAA 0.4 mg/L和KT 0.1 mg/L。基本培养基以B5、MS为佳。

Abstract:

This paper discusses the inducted effects of different hormone proportioning on the propagation coefficient of Phyllagathis fordii by using orthogonal experimental design L9(34)on the base of single factor experiment. The result showed that effects of these factors on propagation coefficient,according to their influencing difference,are as follows: 6-BA>KT>NAA. Based on these results,the optimized hormone proportioning is as follows: 6-BA 1.2 mg/L,NAA 0.4 mg/L,KT 0.1 mg/L.The optimal basic media is B5,MS.
