海南省富硒杂交水稻品种筛选

Enriched-Selenium Hybrid Rice Cultivars Screening of Hainan Province

摘要:

通过田间试验对海南杂交晚稻品种(主栽品种和一些即将推广试种的品种共63个)和早稻品种(主栽品种共12个)进行富硒品种筛选,结果表明:相同条件下,不同晚稻和早稻品种的糙米、精米硒含量差异都极显著,最大值与最小值之间相差4~5倍,表明进行富硒品种筛选的必要性。以精米的硒含量达到富硒食品标准(0.1~0.3 mg/kg)作为富硒品种筛选指标,富硒晚稻品种主要有谷丰优8312、博Ⅱ优510、南丰优61208、捷丰优629、京5优182、热香1号、南丰优/6256和博Ⅱ优629;富硒早稻品种主要有红泰优996、Ⅱ优128、丛优629、Ⅱ优202和特优57353。

Abstract:

Filed experiments were carried out to screen enriched-selenium(Se) cultivars from late rice cultivars (63 cultivars, include main cultivars and ones which are going to be popularized) and early rice cultivars (12 main cultivars). The results showed that: Se contents in brown rice and polished rice of different cultivars are obviously distinct. The maximum may be 4-5 times of the minimum. Therefore, the screening of enriched-Se rice cultivars is necessary. Enriched-Se rice cultivars will be obtained when a range of Se content (0.1~0.3mg/kg) is took as enriched-Se foods standard from late rice cultivars, i.e. Gufengyou8312, BoIIyou510, Nanfengyou61208, Jiefengyou629, Jing5you182, Rexiang1, Nanfengyou/6256 and BoIIyou629. In early rice cultivars, Hongtaiyou996, IIyou128, Congyou629, IIyou202 and Teyou57353 are enriched-Se cultivars.
