航天搭载对冬瓜诱变效应的初步研究

Preliminary study on mutagenic effects of space flight on winter gourd

摘要:

为创新冬瓜种质资源,本试验以冬瓜自交系B98的干种子为材料,进行航天搭载处理。对航天搭载SP1代的生物学效应和变异频率等进行了研究。结果表明,对比相应的原始材料,航天搭载处理SP1的可溶性固形物含量、瓜形等性状发生了变异,总变异频率为11.77%,表明航天诱变能促进冬瓜产生变异,出现了瓜形和皮色变异。利用自交纯化的SP6株系BH1配组杂交,选育出一个优良组合P5。

Abstract:

In the current studies, winter gourd seeds were treated with space flight. Dry seeds of inbreeding lines B98 was carried by recovered satellite. The biological effects and the variation frequency of SP1 generation were compared to its originality under the same planting conditions. The results indicated that there was significant difference for content of solids and other traits between treatment by space flight and its origins. The variation frequency in SP1 generation of space flight treatment was 11.77 %. It showed that space flight can promote winter gourd mutagenesis mutation, there were mutants with gourd shape and color in skin. P5 is a new winter gourd hybrid developed by crossing lines‘B32’בBH1’, which was bred from CHA44-6.
