香型杂交水稻产量构成要素杂种优势表现及通径分析

Heterosis and Path Analysis for Yield Component Factor of Aromatic Hybrid Rice

摘要:

此文使用的4个香型不育系与9个恢复系不完全配组,共21个组合,对产量构成要素的杂种优势分析表明:每穗粒数有较强的正优势,结实率表现为较强的负优势;通径分析的结果是:对单株产量直接贡献最大的是有效穗(1.0193)>每穗粒数(0.9260)>结实率(0.7860)>千粒重(0.5450)。此文研究表明,香型杂交稻组合的选育应保证有效穗的前提下,着重提高结实率。

Abstract:

Using 4 aromatic CMS line and 9 restoring line uncompleted hybrid for 21 varieties. The results showed that analysis of yield component heterosis: number of grains per panicle have stronger positive heterosis, seed setting percentage have negative heterosis. The results showed that path analysis: the effect between yield and yield component factor, effective panicle (1.0193) > number of grains per panicle (0.9260) > seed setting percentage (0.7860) >1000 grain weight (0.5450). So in hybrid aromatic rice breeding, we should improve seed setting percentage on ensuring the base of effective panicle.
