图像处理技术估测水稻叶面积指数的研究

Application of Image Processing Technology in Rice Canopy Leaf Area Index

摘要:

为了探讨图像处理技术测定水稻叶面积指数(LAI)的可行性,利用数码相机获取水稻冠层影像,通过图像处理获取冠层图像的覆盖度,并建立模型从而估测出水稻LAI。试验结果表明,利用覆盖度与实测叶面积指数之间建立的关系模型可以估测水稻LAI,并对利用该模型测出的叶面积指数与实测叶面积指数进行统计检验,它们之间的相关系数在0.77~0.93*之间,达到显著或极显著水平。说明通过覆盖度估测水稻叶面积指数是可行的,该研究结果为获取水稻LAI提供了有效途径。

Abstract:

A method of measuring rice leaf area index based on image processing technology was studied. An innovation based on features of object was presented to automatically estimate percent ground cover of rice from digital image processing technology and then obtain rice leaf area index by the model that was made between percent ground cover and LAI. The results showed that this method can estimating leaf index by measuring percent ground cover. the correlation of estimating leaf index and actual leaf index were tested ,the R was about 0.77~0.93*and correlation was remarkable or great remarkable.The results showed that this method can estimating leaf index in rice and have provided a stable and effective method for estimating canopy leaf index in rice.
