水杨酸对低温胁迫下甘蔗苗期抗寒性的效应

Effect of Salicylic Acid on Sugarcane Seeding Stage under Low Temperature Stress

摘要:

以‘新台糖22号’(ROC22)为试验材料,采用0.5 mmol/L水杨酸(SA)喷施苗期甘蔗叶片,于7℃进行低温胁迫,研究水杨酸对甘蔗苗期抗寒性的影响。结果表明:SA降低了受低温胁迫的甘蔗苗期叶片的相对电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高了可溶性糖,可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸含量,减缓了叶绿素含量的下降,认为喷施一定浓度的SA可缓解低温对甘蔗幼苗的损伤,进而可提高甘蔗苗期的抗寒性。

Abstract:

Using ROC22 as experimental materials, the sugarcane seeding leaves were sprayed by 0.5 mmol/L salicylic acid (SA), and then in low temperature stress at 7℃, the effects of SA on cold resistance of sugarcane seeding were studied. The results showed that pretreatment with 0.5 mmol/L SA reduced the relative conductivity and the contents of MDA, and increased the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and free amino acid, and slowed down the decreasing of leaf chlorophyll content. It indicated that SA could slow down the injury of sugarcane seeding under low temperature stress, and then increased cold resistance of sugarcane seeding.
