Abstract:
The government supervision was effective method to ensure quality safety of live-pig slaughtering. In this study, a safe quality supervision system was established to implement quality supervision for pork products. The structure of each system was expatiated, the routines for realization of primary functions were designed, and the key technologies were discussed. Based on the design thought of decentralized management, the system was implemented with the technologies of SOA, MQ, and analysis of supervision. Supervision system tests in enterprises in Shandong Province were promising and satisfying. The level of production management was improved and the sensitivity of consumers to meat safety was enhanced after adoption of the supervision system. An effective supervision and guarantee mechanism would be set up through an organic combination of government control, subscriber supervision and enterprise self-discipline. A mode for effective supervision management was provided in the paper. This study lays a basis for realization of the meat quality traceability of the whole process from farm production to consumer tables.
