Abstract:

In order to improve the actuality of rural environment pollution, maintain the function production and zoology of the country, using the method of questionnaire investigation, type analyze and contrast analyze, applying theories supply and requirement, the Internalization of Environmental Costs, analyzing the status supply and demand of rural environment police, putting forward and analyzing the coefficient of internalization of environmental costs of rural environment pollution, analyzing environment policy type fitting rural Environmental Father, finally discussing the frame-establishing of rural environment policy on “Fathering By collection and compensation”. This paper considered that rural environment policy on “Fathering By collection and compensation” is suited to rural environment fathering in our countryside.
