Abstract: The study aimed to establishment of regeneration system and getting healthy plantlet through optimizing in vitro culture condition. The regeneration system of Zephyranthes candida was established in this paper by using leaves, scale leaves and terminal bud as explants in vitro culture. The results showed that terminal bud was optimum explants for induction. The optimum medium for induction and proliferation of rosette buds was MS+ TDZ 0.5 mg/L+ NAA 0.1 mg/L, followed by MS+ 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L. The rooting medium was 1/2MS+ IBA 0.5 mg/L, the rooting rate reached 100%. The system proved a technological foundation for industrialized production of Zephyranthes candida.
