Abstract: This paper studied the influence that the changes of the consumption structure in China on the industrial structure, and studied the consumption structure using the information entropy method. Combined with the present situation of the fisheries industry structure, this paper drawn the conclusion that under the guidance of the consumption structure, China fisheries industry structure have been already adjusted towards to more reasonable direction. While, by comparing with the consumption structure, the fisheries industry structure still existed some problems, such as the third industry ratio was relatively low and aquatic products processing was not enough and so on. On the above basis, the paper put forward the countermeasures and suggests such as introducing technology and equipment of aquatic products processing and vigorously developing tourism, services and medical industries which were related with fishery to optimize the fisheries industry structure.
