Abstract: The experiment was conducted to study the effects of acidifier, probiotics and oligosaccharide used alone and in combination on growth performance and digestive enzyme activities in feather-frizzled chickens. A total of 192 one- day- old‘frizzled’chickens were randomly allocated to 8 experimental groups with 3 replicates of 8 broilers each. The L8(23) orthogonal design was used in this experiment. The acidifier was added in the diet at the level of 0, 0.15%. The supplemental levels of probiotics and oligosaccharide were 0, 0.15% and 0, 0.10%, respectively. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed that growth performance and pepsin activity of‘frizzled’chickens were improved by adding 0.15% acidifiers alone. Supplementing 0.15% probiotics alone had no significant influence on growth performance of‘frizzled’chicken, but improved pepsin activity. Growth performance and pepsin activity were reduced by addition of 0.10% oligosaccharides. Supplement of 0.15% acidifiers, 0.15% probiotics and 0.10% oligosaccharides in combination of two or three had no obvious interaction effects on growth performance and digestive enzyme activities of‘frizzled’chicken.
