Abstract: Fertilization is an important measure to improve the yield and quality of wheat. Wheat processing quality is a key index for determination of high quality wheat, and in high quality wheat cultivation, fertilization has important significance to processing quality. Researches indicated that increasing the application amount of nitrogen and the proportion of late nitrogen could improve the grain quality of strong gluten wheat; raising the level of phosphorus could significantly improve wet gluten, protein, dough stability time and sedimentation value; quality traits of wheat could be improved by appropriate potassium fertilization, on the condition of sufficient phosphorus and nitrogen; spraying trace elements in grain filling stage had certain effect on the quality of wheat under the condition of serious lack of trace elements; increasing the application of organic fertilizer could improve the quality of wheat and the effect was better when basic fertility was poor. To understand the effect of fertilizer on wheat quality could reasonably arrange variety layout and develop cultivation techniques, and could be beneficial to popularize high quality wheat variety in large area.
