Efficiency Improvement of China’s Agricultural Subsidy System in New Urbanization Process

Abstract

Abstract: Agricultural subsidy is a policy tool to promote the sustainable development of agriculture, which is not only influenced by the characteristics of agricultural production but the economic environment. This paper studies on the pattern of agricultural subsidies of abroad and China"s agricultural subsidy system and its implementation are analyzed, and found that the current research has focused on the subsidy system itself, but the study on macro environment affect the operation is not enough; Then the implementation of the new strategy of Urbanization Impact on agricultural subsidies are analyzed. On this basis, the target selection of China"s agricultural subsidy system is analyzed, and put forward specific ideas of subsidy policy; finally the author put forward the concrete path and the safeguard mechanism to improve the efficiency of China"s agricultural subsidies.
