Design and Test of Greenhouse Seedling Heating System Based on Carbon Crystal Electrothermal Film

Abstract:

To solve the problem of low temperature in winter and spring in greenhouse seedling cultivation, a novel greenhouse seedling heat preservation and heating system was designed based on carbon crystal electrothermal film, and the heat preservation and heating performance of the system was tested in multi-span greenhouse of Yongqing County, Hebei Province in winter. Taking the seedling area without heating as the control, the effect of the heating of carbon crystal electrothermal film on the substrate temperature and air temperature of the seedling area was studied, and the heat preservation effect and heating uniformity were discussed. The results showed that single-layer film cover could make the average temperature in the heating area 1℃ higher than that inside greenhouse. Meanwhile, the average and minimum of substrate temperature in the heating area were 7.3℃ and 10.7℃ higher than those in the compared area without heating respectively. The minimum deviation degree of substrate temperature was 2.9%, and the average was 6.1%. In conclusion, the greenhouse seedling heat preservation and heating system based on carbon crystal electrothermal film can effectively improve the environmental temperature of seedling and the uniformity of heating is high, which provides a strong guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality seedling.
