Abstract:

The aims are to recommend the fungicides for important diseases of rare fruits in pesticide registration, and effectively change the current situation of a lack of fungicides or no fungicide available for disease control of minor crops. Toxicity determination and field efficacy test were utilized to evaluate the control effect and safety of pyraclostrobin 30% SC in the control of wampee anthracnose and guava leaf spot. The test results showed that pyraclostrobin had better inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Pestalotiopsis disseminatum, with EC50 of 0.0321 μg/mL and 2.0167 μg/mL respectively, which were significantly better than the effect of control fungicide of azoxystrobin. Pyraclostrobin 30% SC at 250 mg/kg had a good control effect against wampee anthracnose and guava leaf spot, the control efficacy of fungicide after spraying three times reached 78.68% and 77.45% respectively, which were significantly better than the control fungicide with pyraclostrobin 25% SC 200 mg/kg. In summary, pyraclostrobin 30% SC has a good control effect on both wampee anthracnose and guava leaf spot, and it can be applied and promoted in the control of the two fruit tree diseases.
