Abstract:

To explore the prevention and control methods of heavy metal pollution in tea garden soil and tea leaves, the effects of enzymes application on heavy metals content in tea garden soil and tea leaves were studied by field sample collection and determination analysis in Jingshan Town of Yuhang. The results showed that compared with the CK, enzymes application treatment significantly reduced the pH and the content of Cd, Cr, Hg and As in tea garden soil, but increased the content of Pb in tea garden soil. The content of Pb and tea polyphenols in tea leaves was reduced, and the content of Cr and As was significantly reduced. The content of Cd and Hg was not detected in tea leaves. The enzymes application can effectively reduce the content of heavy metals such as Pb, Cd and Hg, and it has a good application prospect in ensuring the quality and safety of tea.
