Abstract: This paper analyses present condition of soybean residue’s price fluctuation and harmful influence to feed-processing plants and livestock farming. Then applies Bertrand’s Price model to develop a new price game model ---n-players Price model, then we get the result of soybean residue’s equilibrium price by using the model. In 2 players, under the condition of equilibrium symmetry, we get the price of soybean residue’s equilibrium.
