Abstract: Agricultural information resource has been constructed well in china, but there are some problems in the process of exploitation and using it. In this paper, the problems were researched, and the countermeasures about policy, technology, organizing, services, industrialization, etc., were given, in order to provide references for constructing and utilizing agricultural information resource.
