Basing on Independent Self-innovation Accelerates the Development of the Food Industrialization of Fujian

Abstract: In order to relieve the imbalance between supply and demand of grain in Fujian Province and to guarantee grain security of Fujian, current situation of the grain-production supply and demand and restriction factor had been analyzed. It posted the essential character of food industrialization management and the actual states in Fujian province. At the same time, eight effective measures, which accelerated the development of food industrialized, were put forward according to the intension of self-innovation. They were as follows: Scientific and technical innovation to improve the yield per acre, further increase the total amount of grain; mechanism innovation to perfect the circulation mechanism of the right to use the land and advance the appropriate scale of operation of the grain field step by step; development innovation to expand the grain-production industry chain; market innovation to establish the scientific system of buying and selling of grain; system innovation to implement the grain risk funding system; service innovation to set up and perfect the agricultural social service system ; strengthen training to improve workforce's quality and finally innovation in thought to develop the industrialized management mode of export-oriented grain.
