Abstract: With the development the community economy, the exploitation and utilization intensity of resource is increasing continuously, and also because the unreasonable resource utilization, soil erosion, soil productivity reduction, ecological environment deterioration are becoming more and more serious. The current soil utilization and the relevant problems are analyzed, and measures about sustained agricultural development in Zhangjiakou are proposed: planting trees, create an ecological protector for the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei; adjust the structure of crop, organize the production of output in different regions; adjust the structure of droves; utilize the irrigable land nationally, develop no-public Hazarded vegetable production intensively and son on. These measures are practically meaningful for promoting the competitive renovation, agricultural structure adjustment and optimization, and national economy sustained development.
