Abstract: The anatomy on rosemary(Rosmarinus officinalis) was studied with the paraffin section and scanning electron microscope(SEM) methods, in order to continuable development in certain areas for the increasinly bad ecosystem environment in the weak ecosystem area of Guizhou Karst Plateau. The results summarized as follows: that most secondary structure was found in rosemary’s root structure, which was madeup periderm and vascular tissue , and there are many big vascular vessel. The periderm in stem is so loosen and fewness stomas are covered. The upgrowth xylem and thicky medullary rayare also found in the stem. The dense epidermal hair and round less opening stomas are spreaded on lower epidermis. It also found deepth stratum corneum on the leaf surface. In internal structure, there are growthy vascular bundle and palisade tissue etc. The anatomy structure of rosemary adapted to the ecological environment, so it embodied the dialectica lrelation between structure and function.
