Analysis on the 4 Microsatellite Genetic Variation in Subclinical Mastitis of Dairy Cows

Abstract: The genetic variation was analyzed using the 4 microsatellite markers BM1818, Bm1443, BM1258 and BM1905, and mondenaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis from 150 imported Hostan in Shihezi, following the corresponding index was calculated. Then we explored the relationship between the 4 microsatellite markers and subclinical mastitis by SPSS12.0, and that between different genotypes and subclinical mastitis on each of 4 loca.
