Abstract: he effect of low-temperature stress on electric conductivity, soluble protein show that the former three methods could reflect the cold resistance of ten perennial flowers.The electrolyte leakage rate of the cell have significant difference between ten prennial flowers in cold tolerance , content have different change rules under different cold stress, and so it could be as index for and cold tolerance. Meanwhile, they are according with the survival rate.The result shows that there are obvious differences of resistance among ten Prennial flowers in cold tolerance: Veronica spicata’Romiley Purple’>Solidago‘Goldkind’> Sedum spurium’Coccineum’>Sedum x’Matrona’>Sedum spectable ‘Rosenteller’> Solidago ’Golden Dwarf’>Helenium ’Copper Fountain’>Heliopsis helianthoides var.scabra>Monarda. ‘Croftway’> Rudbeckia nitida ’Herbstsonne’.
