Abstract: Building new socialist countryside is a new policy in China. Food safety is the most important problem during building new socialist countryside. Farmers are the most quantity consumers and hurt easily. So, solving food safety problem is the key to improve farmers’ life quality. This paper analyzes the current situation and measures of food safety in countryside in different provinces. The problems on food safety are discussed. According to the current problems, some suggestions are put forward.
