Abstract: The microbial physiological group diversity in inoculated and control pig manure composting was studied by cultivation a method. Compared to control composting, the number of aerobic cellulose de-composting bacteria、ammoniation bacteria、ammonium oxidizing bacteria and nitrate bacteria were increased 22.52％、14.95％、15.87％ and 38.46％ respectively, and that anaerobic cellulose de-composting bacteria and anti-nitrify bacteria were decreased 30.56％ and 39.92％
