Abstract:

To standardization of agrometeorological data and basic data support of Provincial Agrometeorological Operation and Service System (PAMOS), Provincial Agrometeorological Database Management System (PADBMS) was designed and implemented. PADBMS is one among subsystem of PAMOS that China Meteorological Administration (CMA) organizes and designs large operation software. It is spread and applied to countrywide provincial meteorological operation unit. This subsystem Classified design agrometeorological database based on characteristic of provincial agrometerological data. The database system developmental platform is now popular desktop distributional database——Microsoft SQL Server. This subsystem establish agrometeorological data standard storage format、data-input and transformation way. Under mode of C/S(Client / Server),designs and implements function of creating database、query、copy、transform etc.
