Abstract: 1、Abstract:In this study, with the method of leading-edge mycelial cells separation and cultivation, we got a normal strain 2628 of Volvariella volvacea ,which was crossed by two abnormal and infertile single strain 26 and strain 28 of Volvariella volvacea. DNA fingerprints of RAPD and SRAP molecular marker showed that strain 2628 was a hybrid strain including the mixed genetic fingerprints from strain 26 and strain 28. The fruiting test showed that strain 2628 is fertile，good quality, high yield and biological conversion rate up to 33.4%.The output of stran 2628 is two times more than the cultivar V23-2.
