Abstract:The detoxification on oil-tea camellia defatted cake is carried out.The results show: oil-tea camellia defatted cake which contain crude protein 10% and soluble carbohydrate 11% is a good feed ingredients;Oil-tea camellia defatted cake of using ethanol extraction on keep more nutrition than using water extraction's.the optimum fermentation medium to produce of protein-feed from Oil-tea camellia defatted cake through observaing the growth of bacteria and determinating of protein on fermentation medium which is oil-tea camellia defatted cake in different detoxification treatment:oil-tea camellia defatted cake of water extracted 16g,wheat bran 1g,glucose 2g,(NH4) 2SO41g,water 19mL.
