Abstract:

In order to understand deeply the relationship of bitter Pit in bagged apple fruit with calcium contents. The fruit of Fuji apple were used to study the relationship of bitter pit in bagged apple fruit with calcium contents in the cell and calcium contents in the different incidence parts of apple fruits in the cell after picking bags and storage period. The result showed that: calcium contents in the cell of light surface of fruits were higher than that in the cell of backlight surface of fruits. Calcium contents in the cell of stalk cavity of fruits were higher than that in the cell of calyx-end of fruits. Calcium contents in the different incidence parts of apple fruits were lower than that in the different no disease parts of apple fruits in the cell of light surface、backlight surface、stalk cavity and calyx-end. There was a clear role that the incidence rate of bitter pit in the light surface of fruits were lower than that in the backlight surface. The incidence rate of bitter pit of stalk cavity were lower than that of calyx-end.
