Abstract:

As a community organization, Specialized Farmer Cooperative Organization has become an important carrier to construct harmonious society, guiding farmers to achieve common prosperity. However, the comparatively low farmer quality has a direct influence on the healthy development of this organization. The best way to establish this organization is to efficiently promote country community education, continually strengthening farmers’ cooperative awareness and ability.
