Abstract:

This paper is elaborated the significance and function of quickening the scientific and technological innovation of tropical agricultural, then analyzed the problem, challenge and opportunity of tropical agricultural scientific and technological innovation now, and discussed some basic principles of advancing the capability of tropical agricultural scientific and technological innovation, finally put forward some countermeasures and suggestions about quickening the capability of tropical agricultural scientific and technological innovation.
