Abstract:

This paper takes the Chinese Agricultural University, electrical and information personnel training, for example,through the analysis of the agricultural colleges industry application advantages and engineering discipline characteristic,put forward the talent training scheme which based on "three innovation platform, 3-sectional cultivation, two through" ,established technological competition, scientific research training and professional certification, and other forms of talent training session,explored the agricultural institute of electrical and information innovative talent training mode.
