The Different Percentage of Culture Medium to Nutritional Quality of Agaricus bisporus

Abstract:

In order to explore the different percentage of culture medium to the nutritional quality of the Agaricus bisporus, enlarge the range of culture medium. Using new-type culture medium “Tu Cola” No.6 cultivating Agaricus bisporus, the experiment was set up 6 treatments, which traditional fecal and grass culture medium as contrast, each treatment was made 5 repeats,surveying the indicators of fruit body protein, crude fat, carbohydrate, crude fiber, the content of ash and calcium etc.. The result showed that the treatment of contained 50% “Tu Cola” No.6 medium was better than other ones, and its fruit body quality was the best, what were the highest protein content, the lowest fat content, the middle content of carbohydrate, calcium contents, crude fiber and ash. The protein content of fruit body, cultivated in fecal and grass medium, was secondly, but the crude fat content was highest. And the fruit body quality of the treatments contained 30% and 100% “Tu Cola” No.6 medium was worst than other ones, the other treatments were the middle-level. This showed that addition an amount of “Tu Cola” No.6 medium could improve fruit body nutritional quality for Agaricus bisporus.
