Abstract:

In order to provide a scientific basis for early selection, the number of eggs and blood biochemical indexes were measured in Shanma duck. The results showed that the parameters were TP(67.571±5.522) g/L, ALB(23.371±3.296) g/L,GLB(44.289±3.252) g/L,GPT(48.022±11.036) U/L,GOT(37.622±21.895) U/L,GGT(3.333±1.945) U/L,AKP(187.511±106.655) U/L,CHOL(4.231±1.049) mmol/L,TG(15.704±4.925) mmol/L,EP(100.040±8.166),and the EP was significant correlation with TP, ALB, GLB, CHOL and TG(P<0.01 or P<0.05). The optimization regression equation of the number of eggs and blood biochemical indices was: Y=-16.580x1+16.501x2+16.595x3+97.187. Their regression relation was significant(P<0.05), the partial regression coefficient all so(P<0.05), and the index of correlation was 0.897.
