Abstract:

Samples were collected from the chiken that suspected as colibacillosis in Jinzhou district, 15 strains of Avian E.coli wew isolated. They were belonged to 14 serotypes,Serotype O15 、O35 constituted a majority of the isolates . Drug sensitive test were carried out on the 10 strains, the result showed that drug resistance and multi-drug resistant is serious, The sistant rate were 46.67%～100%，about 86.67% of the strains resist to more than 5 drugs in the test.
