Abstract:

The soil environment and related factors had a special effect on the quality of the tobacco. Eco-suitability of tobacco was evaluated in this paper from the perspective of soil ecological factors. Indicators of evaluation were selected from Ecocrop 1 database, ecological characteristics of soil in the city were analysed by GIS spatial analysis technology in the GIS platform. Tobacco suitability region was explored. The results showed that the actual planting tobacco counties of Meizhou, Guangdong Province and the evaluation results were in line, while results in this paper were good guide for new tobacco-growing region.
