Abstract:

This article discusses that the necessity of protecting farmers' rights and interests in rural land circulation, then expounds loss of farmers' rights and interests in China's rural land circulation, it includes economic loss and lack of social rights, then analyses this phenomenon from the low social status of farmers and unclear of relevant policies and regulation, shows that some positive and effective measures should be taken, such as improving the quality of farmers and legal awareness, clear property rights, the establishment of interest compensation mechanism and a multi-level of the social security system etc, steadily push forward the land circulation , protect their rights and interests .
