Abstract:

Agricultural development meted the huge pressure of resource and environment in Boli County of Heilongjiang Province. So after the present situation of agricultural development were surveyed and mastered in 11 villages and towns of Boli county its opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages were analyzed in SWOT method，and the countermeasures of agricultural development of Boli county were proposed on green and special agriculture development; strengthening the construction of agricultural basic facilities, innovation of agricultural science and technology and the construction of rural cadre team; developing the rural cooperative economic organizations; carrying out and implementing the various rural policies of the Chinese Communist Party.
