Abstract:

Plant Tissue Culture is an important professional course for biological, garden and gardening major, with a lot of knowledge points and demanding high operation skill which make the course difficult. The online course of Plant Tissue Culture was created to make the course real-time interactive based on the Blackboard system. This article introduced the creation of the online course of Plant Tissue Culture from the following aspects: the survey, the interface, the intercommunion platform and the online test. In addition, this article analyzed and appraised the education reform based on online teaching system.
