Abstract:

The planning index system is the core content of modern agriculture demonstration area planning. In order to carry out more scientific planning and evaluate planning, this paper lists eight categories of characteristics related to the development of modern agriculture planning indicators by a hierarchical classification method, and builds the basic framework of a modern agricultural demonstration zone index system, at the same time proposes basic methods of calculation and prediction of the planning target. Last by comparing indicators predictive value with reference value of the agricultural modern levels measured, it can judge the development level of various stages of modern agriculture demonstration area. The research showed that, a scientific and rational planning index system was not only conducive to smooth planning, but also ready to grasp the momentum and direction of the development of modern agriculture demonstration zones, continue to promote the sound and rapid development of regional modern agriculture.
