Abstract:
To investigate the immunologic function of Th17 cells for the mice infected with Eperythrozoon (Mycoplasma suis), the RT-PCR assay and the fluorescence antibody technique were used to detect the variation of interleukin-17(IL-17) in mousey spleen tissue .The results showed that the IL-17 expression level increased obviously when the mice infected with Eperythrozoon. It prompted that the Th17 cells participated in the immunoregulation, and played an important role in inflammation which the mice infected by Mycoplasma suis. Accordingly, this experimental research had offered some theoretical bases for the diagnosis, therapy and prevention about Eperythrozoonosis.
