Abstract: Agricultural college library has unique advantage to serve for “three rural issues”, but there are also many constraints. For example, institutional issues, cost of management, intellectual property. Therefore, agricultural college library should pay attention to establish the concept of service for "three rural issues", innovate service mode for "there rural issues", means of optimization service for "three rural issues", service principles for "three rural Issues", operational mechanism of service for three rural issues.
