A Study on Tourism Host-Guest Conflict Perception from Resident in Agricultural Heritage Areas

Abstract

Abstract: In order to solve tourism host-guest conflict in agricultural heritage areas and construct harmonious tourism destination, the article took the resident in agricultural heritage areas of Ziquejie Terrace as the investigation respondents, and studied the host- guest conflict perception through questionnaire survey. According to the study, host- guest conflict could be classified into environmental conflict factor, social atmosphere conflict factor, cultural conflict factor, individual economy conflict factor, normal behavior of tourists conflict factor, attitude conflict factor, socioeconomic conflict factor, tourists' uncivilized behavior conflict factor. Then the paper drew a conclusion that the tourism host-guest had a strong will to interact. The tourism host-guest conflict was universal and the management of tourism host-guest conflict was necessary.
