Abstract:

To investigate the influence of florfenicol in immunosuppressed mice by MTT assay and ELISA method for the regulation of the immune status of animals and improvement of the body's defense. The immunosuppressed mice induced by florfenicol were made. Spleen index were determined by weight. T and B lymphocyte proliferation were measured by MTT assay, OVA-speci?c IgG, IgG1, IgG2b were measured by ELISA method. The results showed that astralagus polysaccharide could increased the weight and the level of antibody, treated with T, B lymphocyte proliferation (ConA or LPS) in a certain dose range, the effects significantly enhanced the spleen lymphocytes. Astralagus polysaccharide possessed the regulative effects on ?orfenicol-induced immunosuppression in mice.
