Abstract:

Field plot experiments were conducted to study the effects of bio-organic fertilizer on rice growth, carbon and nitrogen metabolism, rice yield and soil fertility. The results showed that the application of bio-organic fertilizer could promote the growth of rice, improve its agronomic traits, increase biomass and carbon and nitrogen metabolic capability, enhance root activity, and raise rice yield and fertility of cultivated land; bio-organic fertilizer contained a large number of organic matter and functional microorganisms, which could reduce soil bulk density and increase the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in soil. Soil bulk density was negatively correlated with the number of microbial communities, and the correlation coefficient with bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes was -0.96, -0.94 and -0.97, respectively. Soil organic matter content was positively correlated with the number of microbial communities, and the correlation coefficient with bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes was 0.83, 0.90 and 0.85, respectively. The correlation coefficient between soil organic matter content and rice yield was 0.85.
