Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of time-consuming and high cost in the detection of pesticide residues by conventional methods such as chromatography, a simple, fast, high selectivity and high sensitivity rapid detection method for pesticide residues based on immunoassay was proposed. This review summarized the principles, characteristics and research progress of commonly used rapid detection techniques for pesticide residues, including enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, fluorescence immunoassay, immunochromatography, immunomagnetic beads, biomimetic immunoassay and bio-barcode assay. Different methods have their own advantages, disadvantages and scope of application, and the rapid development of molecular imprinting, nanotechnology and genetic detection technology could provide high sensitivity and accuracy for pesticide residue immunoassay. Based on the advantages of immunoassay technology, it will play an important role in the field of rapid pesticide residue detection combined with new technology and continuous improvement. The miniaturization and integration of the detection methods, and higher stability and sensitivity of detect instruments are the development direction of pesticide residue detection in the future.
