Abstract: The Three-rurals issues are put forward in the paper. Respecting the rural residents’ interests is fundamentality, while pursuing their interests is kernel and protecting their interests is our responsibility. Meanwhile, the above-mentioned ideas are integrity. A 3×3 Phalanx is framed in the paper for respect, pursuit and protection of the rural residents’ interests in following nine Fields, including History, Science & Technology, Reality; Development, Harmony, Practicality; Law, Policy, Organization, which will have a comparatively overall discussion on the ideas for promoting the process for solving the three-rurals issues concerning rural residents’ interests.
