Abstract: In order to improve the fruit setting and fruit quality of pear in Shanxi province, the technology approach of liquid pollination was newly formed in this experience by the selecting of nutrition agents and stabilizers composition. The result showed that: (1) the treatment of stabilizer A2 , composed mainly by rare-earth element, was significantly higher than the treatment A3, and treatment A3 was obviously higher than the treatment A1 , manpower pollination and conventional liquid pollination treatments. (2) The treatment of nutrition agents B1 and B2, composed mainly by amino acid, were significantly higher than that of manpower pollination and formal liquid pollination treatment, increased fruit setting by 22-25%. (3)The setting rate of the multiple treatment of A2B2 was higher than that of other treatments, and it once reached 61.8-70.6% after flowering 10d; The setting rate of A3B1, A2B1 , A3B1 and manpower pollination reached 50% or so, which were higher than that of conventional liquid pollination.(4)After the multiple treatments of nutrition agents and stabilizers, fruit quality was improved in some degree at harvest. The contents of volatile aromas and SSC in fruits increased significantly by the treatment of A2B1 and A3B1; the contents of protein were also significantly higher in 2005, but not in 2004.
